The Peanut Story

For Christmas I found many beautiful gifts under the tree and in my stocking, but none so wonderful as a story book my lovely Julija made for me. Reading it and seeing the sweet little drawings makes my heart sing....

Art to Wear

Not long ago I spent an afternoon in the Lyndon library so I could work on a project without interruption.  Well not much of the project got done, but I found this amazing book called Art to Wear.

Julija is Home!!!

I picked up Julija from Castleton  yesterday; it was a harrowing drive back up to St. Johnsbury due to the inch of ice on the highway.  Even the truckers were driving slow or pulling off the road.  Truly a white knuckler, but we made it in one piece and now Julija is home for a while!  She, of course, has actually been in the house only long enough to eat, shower, and sleep.

Mac and I went to Castleton today, kidnapped Julija, and took her to lunch at Roots (an excellent place to eat in Rutland, Vt).
